About the Watershed Components Interactions Work Group

The Watershed Components Interactions (WCI) Work Group provides a forum to demonstrate how the interactions of ground water and surface water resources with the other components of the watershed can impact the ecological integrity of the hydrologic system. The purpose of the WCI Work Group is to improve the understanding and quntification of the factors that affect water quality to enable the creation of effective monitoring and remediation strategies. The goal of the work group is to provide resource information and tools to the monitoring community and the public regarding watershed component interactions.
